Nacole Klootwyk founded Hometown Title & Closing Services in 2010 after beginning her career in the title industry in 1998 with a national underwriter.
Since then, she has built Hometown around experience, personal service, and the belief that every closing deserves the same level of care and attention.
As owner, Nacole is involved in nearly every part of the business and has remained closely connected to the closing process throughout her career.
What she enjoys most is being part of the moments that mark a new chapter for her clients, whether they are purchasing a home, selling a property, or simply moving forward into what comes next!
One of Nacole’s greatest sources of pride is seeing her two daughters build careers in the title industry and work alongside her at Hometown. She is also a proud grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter.
Outside of the office, Nacole enjoys being outdoors, relaxing on the porch, working in the yard, reading, shopping, and enjoying good food and great wine.

Kimberly Moulton brings over 25 years of experience in the title and closing industry to Hometown Title. She earned her CLC designation and title insurance license in 2006 and now serves as both a Closing Officer and Business Development Officer.
Kimberly enjoys working behind the scenes to keep every detail moving smoothly and help deliver a stress free closing day for her clients.
Born in Ohio and raised in Florida since the age of five, Kimberly is married, has five children, and is a proud grandmother of five. Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with her family.

As an Escrow Officer at Hometown Title, she takes pride in bringing every detail of a transaction together so buyers can celebrate their new beginning, sellers can confidently move forward, and agents can share in a smooth and successful closing with their clients.
Heather was born in Indiana and moved to Florida when she was eight years old. She grew up in a small town along Lake Okeechobee before making Punta Gorda her home, less than a month before Hurricane Charley arrived. Above all, Heather values family and spends as much time with hers as possible.

Originally from the beautiful Les Cheneaux Islands in Northern Michigan, Karley grew up vacationing with family in Southwest Florida before making the move permanent in 2012. After marrying her husband, she made Punta Gorda home in 2018.
As an Administrative Assistant and Processor at Hometown Title, she helps keep each transaction moving smoothly from contract to closing. With more than nine years of experience in the real estate industry, she understands how important a seamless closing experience is and enjoys helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her cheering on her three kids at their sporting events, boating with her family, or enjoying everything Southwest Florida has to offer.
